Membership Policy

l   Customers who purchase over HK$2,000 (accumulating) within one year, will be automatically entered into our VIP membership.

l   Customers who purchase over HK$5,000 (accumulating) within one year, will be automatically enter into our Platinum membership.

l   All members can enjoy the privilege on the discount policy and exclusively to get the first priority on the pre-sales period.

l   Membership is not transferable.

 

Discount Policy

l   For the basic members, who can enjoy 10% discount on the regular products.

l   For the platinum members, who can enjoy 15% discount on the regular products

l   This offer is not applied to any promotion/final sales items.

l   On the birthday month, member can enjoy further discount on each purchase and get a birthday gift.

l   Basic member can get discount of 20% during the birthday month.

l   Platinum member can get discount of 25% during the birthday month.

 

Payment Method

l   Customer can pay direct to our HSBC bank account and present the pay-in slip for order confirmation, or can pay by credit cards on our website.

Local Delivery Shipping Policy

COURIER :

(for deliveries inside Hong Kong) :

l   Order value equivalent to or above HK$500 purchases are eligible for free local delivery to addresses in the New Territories, Kowloon, Hong Kong Island and other outlying islands. If the purchases are under HK$500, the local courier charge will be fixed at HK$60 each time.

l   Delivery service is not available to any restricted area and hotel rooms.

l   Package is shipped via S.F. Express, all items will be shipped and tracking ID will be provided within 7 days from the date of payment.

(for deliveries China) :

l   Order value equivalent to or above HK$1,000 purchases are eligible for free delivery to addresses in China. If the purchases are under HK$1,000, the courier charge will be fixed at HK$100 each time.

l   Package is shipped via S.F. Express, all items will be shipped and tracking ID will be provided within 7 days from the date of payment.

(for deliveries overseas) :

l   Outside HK area, customers need to pay for the shipping cost, handling fee and any tax involved.

l   We will indicate the courier charge during each purchase.

l   Customers need to responsible to the customs ordinance of your countries which may cause further costs on customs clearance and import taxes, and also may cause some delay.

 

SELF PICK-UP:

l   Customer could either choose to ship by post or pick up at our store. Items purchased are available for self-pickup at our showroom in Tsuen Wan, N.T.

l   Cash Payment is available in the showroom.

l   Our customer service team will contact you to arrange the pick-up date, time then sending you a confirmation by email.

Return & Refund Policy

l  If you have received wrong or defective item(s), please ensure that items are returned to us within 7 days in original packaging, in brand new and resalable condition, the seal cannot be removed. For the quality problem of the product itself, we will responsible for the return shipping cost. 

l  For all the return, please contact us firstly by email or phone call, tell us the reasons of the return before sending anything back to us.  We will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.

l  If any refunds are claimed, the customers are subjected to the following requirements :

a.     Customers must present the relevant original invoice and all accessories including keys, lock and straps, etc..

b.     The merchandises will not be refunded if any damages, stains and malfunction, etc. caused by improper use.

c.     Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund on any shipping fees charged for the original order .

d.     Our Company reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

 

Exchange of Goods Policy

l   Exchange of merchandise will only be accepted upon present action of valid receipt and within 7 days from the date of purchase.

l   Merchandise can only be exchanged once and is non-refundable.

l   Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packing.

    Exchange will not be accepted on items in any way used or incomplete packing.

l   We cannot accept any reason of style return, but accept change the color only.

l   Discounted/Promotion/Sample/Final Sales items are not eligible for exchange, refund, or return.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, we will provide a courier tracking no. to you via email, then, the order could not be cancelled.

 

Our Company may reserves the right to terminate orders for below reasons :

l  The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it;

l  Pricing errors;

l  Credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

 

Repair Policy

l   We provide one year warranty for the products counting from the invoice date.  We will accept to repair any defects on the material, spare parts and non-functional mechanical parts.

l   But we will not accept any damages, stains and malfunction, etc. caused by improper use.

l   We can study the problem and determine if the repair can take place with the repairing fee and leadtime.

l   Once the repair request is confirmed, we will send the product back to factory, and the leadtime usually needs one to two months.

l   Customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return product.  Our Company will not cover shipping, duties or taxes on returns.
